Rental RATE
Base rental rate includes 2 of 6ft tables and 6 chairs for attendants.
Studio furnitures and props are included with the rental.
Additional chairs and tables for meetings, classes and workshops will be quoted based on the actual number required.
Rental rate starts at $80/hr for weekdays with up to 12 guests with 2 hours rental minimum.
Weekend rates are quoted based on case by case basis.
8 hours rental full day rate is $560 with up to 12 guests
Additional guests will be quoted extra

RENTAL TERMS
* Please arrange your set up and clean up time within the rental period. The start time and end time must be prompt.
* Over-time rental will be charged at 30 minute incremental rate.
* Solarium Studios staff will be on site 30 minutes before the event end time for the check out process.
* The event host is allowed to extend the rental time and the additional rental fee will be charged to credit card on file.
* The latest end time for any events is at 10PM.
* The studio closing time is at 11PM.
