The Solarium Studios, started out as a photography studio with the intention of bringing the most natural light into the space. The modern features and thoughtful finishing touches of the studio happens to make the space an extraordinary venue. With indoor space for an intimate ceremony, getting ready suites and an open floor reception area, the studio is the perfect place to host your micro weddings.

The studio is located just 1 minute from Rosenberg, 15 minutes from Sugar Land, 30 minutes from Houston, and fast access to 59S freeway.

Rental Package

Half day 8 hours rental - $2400

Full day 8AM-11PM rental- $3400

6ft Tables and white garden chairs are included

Additional cocktails tables, round tables, chivari chairs are available for upgrades and add-ons.

*Police security $300 for 1 officer, $600 for 2 officers

Rental TERMS

* $500 refundable damage deposit fee is required for all rentals.

* Please arrange your set up and clean up time within the rental period. The start time and end time must be prompt. * Over-time rental will be charged at 30 minute incremental rate.

* Any decoration items, food and dishware must be taken away or disposed at the end of the rental time.

* Solarium Studios staff will be on site 30 minutes before the event end time for the check out process.

* The event host is allowed to extend the rental time and the additional rental fee will be charged to credit card on file.

* Catering vendors and bar staff must be licensed and insured.

* Richmond Police security are required for all events and must be booked through Solarium Studios. One officer is required for any party with 40 guests; two officers are required for party with more than 40 guests.

* The latest end time for any events is at 10PM.

* The studio closing time is at 11PM.

How many guests can Solarium Studios hold for a wedding?

The indoor ceremony space at the Glass Room seats 48 guests, and the reception area accommodates up to 72.

Is there a getting-ready space?

There are two getting ready areas in our upstairs loft. One is the bathtub room and the one is the upstairs lounge.

Is catering allowed, and is there a kitchen?

Yes, outside catering is allowed. The vendors must have insurance submitted prior to your event date. The kitchen is not intended to use as cooking and prepping area. You can use the oven and stove to reheat already cooked food.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is allowed and must be served by a TBAC licensed vendor. Bartender vendor must have insurance submitted prior to your event date.

How far is the venue from Sugar Land and Houston?

Solarium Studios is located near downtown Richmond. The studio is located within 6 minutes to 59 Freeway acccess, 15 minutes from Sugar Land, 35 minutes from the Galleria.

What is the police security requirement policy?

Police security is required to ensure safety for all guests and the studio. Day time events are requirements are based on case by case basis.
