* Your studio time starts and ends at the exact time that you reserved. Please plan for extra time to set up and clean up during your rental. Overtime will be charged extra at 1.5x rental rates by 30 minutes increments.
* Multi-studios rental and full studio rental are required 2 hours minimum.
* No music video shoot is allowed.
* Please no smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, alcohol, or any illegal activities or negligence throughout the studio premises.
* Please no shoes on furniture. Please be careful not to damage the walls.
* Please be careful when moving furniture pieces and do not drag or push with excessive force. Our staff can be available to assist if you need to move the furniture before the session start.
* Extra charge for water to fill in the bathtub is $20. Please send us a note on your reservation so we can prepare it ahead of time.
• Solarium Studios will provide a full refund on a cancelled booking if notice of the cancellation is given at least 14 days before the appointment.
• Any notice of cancellation received less than 14 days of the reserved booking date, only rental hour credit is given. The client has up to 3 months to reschedule a new date.
* To protect the models and photographers, there are surveillance cameras throughout the studio space recording locally. The footage is only available to review if there is any issues or incidents during the shoot.
* The studio staff have the right to stop the photography session if there are any noncompliance guidelines, and illegal activities at the studio.
